Memorable Monday: Flair Magazine / Quentin Jones

Quentin Jones is known for his bold pop art influences and this editorial is no different. In the November 2013 issue of Flair magazine, Jones shot model Daga Ziober and the results are slightly outrageous but totally interesting:

In some of the shots I can’t tell which is more interesting, Jones’s work or the fashion, but perhaps that’s what makes Jones’s work identifiably his.

Memorable Monday: Dressing in Black and White

New week, new day, Happy Monday!

Today we are keeping it extra simple and extra sleek in Vogue Japan’s Dressing in Black and White shot by Steven Pan. For the August 2013 issue, Marine Deleeuw featured the monochromatic closet with a real-deal business demeanor we are so happy to blog about today:

We love how Pan and Deleeuw respect the simplicity and the construction of the clothing. The style speaks for itself but so does the photography and the modeling. A refreshing change to the sometimes overly dramatized editorials in the media.
